Hearts of Oak coach has revealed he is not the one in charge in the decision-making of signing players.
The Phobians claimed they were awaiting the appointment of a new coach before proceeding to sign players this off-season.
Hearts have however been unable to announce the signing of any big name player weeks into Yatsuhashi’s appointment.
The Japanese trainer now reveals he doesn’t take the decisions in recruiting new players.
“It is the management which decides if we are going to buy a player or not, I don’t decide,” he said.
“I’m only here to do my work and that is to improve the players at the club’s disposal.”
Hearts have already lost out on some of their transfer targets to rivals Asante Kotoko.
